Unprofessional Customer Service and unwilling to fullfill obligations

Gallery Custom Homes build a nice home for the money, however some of their staff is completely unequipped to manage their customers on a professional level. Be prepared to enter into the wild-wild west when needing something handled. They will raise their voice and use terms as "It's not our problem", "you're on your own" when communicating to you.

In addition, do not expect items in your walk through to be handled after your move. Do not ever close until every item has been addressed regardless of what they tell you!!!

The sales manager (Lisa) is a nice lady and a good sales person that will be helpful. However the customer service manager (Larry) is completely unqualified to handle and correspond directly with the customer. He is utterly incompetent to do his job effectively.

In fact, it would certainly be beneficial to explore any other home on the market regardless of cost because of him. You are forced into dealing with him and will not get anything accomplished and treated horribly.
Stay away!!! - because of this guy and this type of process that you will be left to deal with after the dust settles!
