I spend approximately $50-75,000 with UPS each year. We have encountered numerous problems in guaranteed delivery and claims for refund due to failure are always denied. Over the past several years, UPS has become deceptive and unethical in the processing of legitimate claims. I recently had a parcel completely flattened, and was told that the packaging was insufficient
