Prize Officer Jefferson P. Williams Trying to gain money under false pretense

ANC sent a rather offical looking letter requesting $11.89 to secure an offer elluding to a winnings of $2Million Dollars. What concerns me is that some might actually do this. When I think of the elderly parents or a young mother in desperate straights thinking she won, it gives me grave concern. To think someone would take money and lie to do it is most grievous. I read the other reports and the numbers I have are the same that were issued to them from ANC of Kansas City, Kansas. Oh I almost forgot Office of the President they said. Ha! May the Lord quickly deal with them.
