Award Notification Bureau, PO Box 2905, Kansas City, Kansas, claimed I was a $2 million winner on a form sent in the mail. At the top it said: "urwnr" and "pick installments for you". There is no contact phone number for the company to call to remove my name from the list and mailing list. I looked up data on the company and it is all a scam.
