Capturing information from payday loan sites, stealing money from bank accounts Ripoff

My husband applied for a payday loan and his information was sold to a third party, Secret Cash Card Services (a prepaid credit card company) without our knowledge and this company took 49.50 out of our checking account. When i contacted this company by phone I was disconnected, so I contacted them via email several times and they claimed that my husband signed up for this card, keep in mind that this company is not connected in anyway to any payday loan company I said no he did not! Well so they claim that he did, okay I said, well guess what the account you are claiming that he authorized is not his account and he is not authorized to make payments to you or anyone else and I want the money refunded to my bank account. They never responded so while they are making claims to be legitimate by preying on people looking for finacial help this should shed some light on those that have been also scammed by this outfit. Even knowing that this account did not belong to the person they were scamming they are still not willing to give me the money back for a card that we never asked for or did we ever receive as well. When I made it clear to them that my husband is not on the account or authorized to make payments from the account they stopped replying to all of my emails.

I am trying to get this straightened out with my bank and will update.
