Poor service in McDonald's Banaue - gravy

Since high school I go to McDonald's Banaue to have breakfast with my classmates. There french fries is so different in the sense that it is crispy eventhough I take it at home, that's why I love this branch since then. But today July 6 at around 7pm. I was there lining up we are 6 in the line and only one counter was open. The manager was only looking at us and not doing anything. Even the gravy that was served is over cooked and a king of bitter in taste. I told my mom that they have a poor service maybe because of their manager. They had a lot of crew at that time and they can open another counter. Im doing this for the managers to know what their mistakes were. They could have done something but they did not. For fifteen years I've been eating in this branch but this marked stays with me forever.
