It takes several months to get your commission check - LIES!

After closing escrow, you expect to get your commission check from your Broker - RIGHT???
Well, not at High Profile Realty! It will take you months to get your check and there will be a lot of grief involved. I had to call and ask for my check daily along with sending emails daily and was always given lame excuses - short staffed, bad economy, WHAT DOES THAT MATTER??? I did my job and I want to be paid!
I know that there are several Agents in the Phoenix area that are also experiencing the hardship of trying to get your commission check from Chris Hanson!
I dont understand how he can steal and lie without any consequences!
Realtors BEWARE when you are looking to work for a Broker, know the financial situation of your Broker because apparently in the State Of Arizona, a Broker can use an Agents commission to pay for their own personal expenses and make an Agent wait several months before deciding to pay an Agent for the work they have done!
Oh and dont fall for the " I will pay you from escrow next time" lie - if you have been burned before he will do it again.
