Not receiving our trip and being ignored

We'd registered in september and gained a totally free promotional visit to leavenworth washington. We're by using this journey for the vacation on july 21st of 2009. We did contain it planned for may but transformed our thoughts and shifted the vacation and wedding to july. To take action we'd to pay for a $35 charge to get this done. We'd previously gotten our voucher for may therefore we named to create it in july instead. Whenever we named we settled the $35 within the telephone with my fiancees card. It's today might 30th and i havent gotten a voucher for that. I've named wyndham plus they explained to contact casablanca. I contact casablanca plus they are overlooking my telephone calls. My girlfriend and that I are determined when we dont obtain a voucher and our vacation is destroyed we shall cease cost about the share and certainly will no further undergo wyndham and casablanca if you don't alter what's been completed. We want this-but if we arent finding what we paid-for we dont care the effects we shall cease payment.
