Flight booked and paid on iberia.com not honored

I arranged and settled return trip on iberia.com between Barcelona and Casablanca on trip IB7709/IB7711, that we later discovered was run by Royal Air Maroc.

There is no problem from Barcelona to Casablanca with Royal Air Maroc. On return from Casablanca to Barcelona, I had been declined to panel the trip by Royal Air Maroc since I had been informed they mightnot discover the reservation within the program. I had been compelled to pay for another solution from Casablanca to Barcelona.

I've approached iberia.com via its site, however they declined to solve the problem, mentioning me to Royal Air Maroc. I've no problem with Elegant Air Maroc since I settled my unique scheduling through iberia.com, and that I arranged an Iberia trip (IB7711).

I'd like to document a judge criticism, but I am residing in Nj. Anybody knows whether NJ surfaces consider this type of situation?
