Amazon.com
Amazon cheets sellers of honesty and takes buyers money!

Miscellaneous

We have also experienced a similar situation; however, we have no other Amazon accounts and are not linked to any other person's account activity. We signed up for a new account recently, everything was going well... After about 5-6 days of sales and $1200 in revenue, Amazon notified us that our account funds will be on hold for review up to 30 days. All the orders had been shipped and received within a few business days, we even have proof of delivery! However, we didn't mind since we are a small business and intend to do well with all our customers. We continued to allow our products for sale and shipped every product within 24 hours. We have not a single complaint, not one. A few days following the first notification, Amazon notified us again stating that our account is now suspended and our funds are in reserve pending an additional 30 day review. They also stated that we will not be able to sell any merchandise and that any orders already paid for are expected to be shipped even though our funds are being held! We continue to not have a single complaint; we had sold nearly $2K in orders, but not a single issue. (this seems to be some kind of fraud by Amazon, being they are a large organization, I am certain not a single person is interested). What is apparent is that Amazon, just like Google Checkout, will hold/freeze funds without due process or any sort of explanation.
I found this unbelievable that Amazon has suspended our account for nothing! Just because they felt the need to do so... Just amazing! What did we do, sell a little too much by competing with the completion and therefore, someone complained? This type of communist dictatorship by Amazon, PayPal and Google needs to stop more notably; it is the customer base that serves Amazon who supports such a discriminatory system. I cannot believe the audacity of people who think a company like Amazon is ethical when they are nothing short of criminal.

The actions Amazon pushes on to people without any cause or complaint is very wrongful. They treat people as if they are crooks and they offer no recourse what so ever, only stating that your "performance or policy" violations may be the result of some sort of suspension. What performance or policy violation? We have asked many times to each of our 10 customers for feedback and they just ignore us! If Amazon and the others believe that a good business model is followed by the basis of customer feedback and punish those who have none then Amazon needs to take a chapter of business ethics from the old school and learn that customer service, no matter how large or small is the only model to perform in a ethical and successful business.
I am a very well educated person and I have never experienced such wrongful treatment from an American company. Obviously Amazon is not without question as to their civil status. Obviously those who select to shop with Amazon have an integrity issue.

Yes, I am angry, Yes, I am upset and yes, if there was a way to stop large organizations from mistreating good honest people from conducting business, I would enjoy the opportunity to stop this type of dictatorship.

Shame on you Amazon! You are not above the class you are below and looking in.
