Amazon.com holding over $500 in funds for reasons beyond my control

Amazon.com has stated that they are investigating my account and that it is under review. I have been a member of Amazon.com for over a year and see no reason why they want to put my account on hold.
Because of this hold, I have over $500 being "held" by their company and I have already shipped the items that I have sold through their website. The automatic email they sent me implies that I should ask my customers to leave positive feedback so that my money can be released. This is simply unfair and completely ridiculous, considering I have no power over what my customers do. All I can do is simply ask them to leave feedback, which I have. This should not be a reason to hold my funds.
Amazon.com has already taken out the fees they require when selling, but has refused to release the funds for up to 30-90 days, that are rightfully mine for no reason whatsoever. This practice has made it nearly impossible to provide excellent customer service, because I am unable to access any money that is due to me to help pay for shipping.
