Billing Extortion All Over The USA

If the business habits of Direct TV is legal in this state I will be the next billionaire?
My home was flooded with Direct TV ads for 29.99 special.
I called them and wanted the basic TV channels only and I made that clear from the start.
I also said I would like the bundle of internet cable and phone, they said OK.
Then they came to my home and installed the TV cable. I asked about the internet service and the man said he did not do that part. I paid him some cash on install as well.
It took them 32 days to get my first bill, it was for over 179.00 (this was for the minimum TV stations bill). When I asked about the internet and phone they then told me they did not have that in my area? Only TV.
My next bill was for the amount of 73.92 I called because that was still way over their advertised price.
So they took away my national geographic channel and took 2.00 off the bill.
My next bill was for 108.00?
The next one was even more!
I had had it with being charged with what ever someone decided that month and told them to go to. You know where.
I told them to come and get their boxes. They deliberately have NO place to bring the boxes! They do NOT want them back so they can charge you for them!
Then in May they took 547.00 out of my bank account.
They were sued for illegal business practices when they were a company known as: Com cast and they had to pay millions.
Now they have a new scam, extortion! Charge what ever they want and if you don't pay they get Visa to seize you're bank account. This caused over 400.00 in over draft fees!
Their billing system is pure extortion.
If I can get people to sign a contract and make them pay anything I want and that is legal I will be the next one doing this.
My bank is threatening to take close to 1,000.00 out in fees due to the unauthorized withdrawal on my account. I will lose my home!
I have no right to a court hearing? This is a civil matter abused by Direct TV and Visa.
I cant believe this practice is OK in Florida?
The best explanation of their billing is like this:
You go to a car lot and buy a Volkswagen but when you get the bill, they start out with the price of a Jaguar then minus a few dollars for nuts and bolts and still come up with an outrageous price that is NO where near what you have for a car.
Instead of a flat rate they start out with their most expensive what ever they have and remove penny's and still gouge the consumer in the end.
Ironic that I lose my house payment money for a TV service I don't even have!
I found thousands of complaints on the internet of how they have extorted money out of many people, not to mention they are not showing any of the cash payments on install on the bills. This means they are also not showing that to the IRS.
