I received a call from a gentleman saying they were from a law firm collecting on a debt from National Paydat from May. They told me with all the fees I owe them $ 735.87 and wanted me to pay today. They wanted an apo, logy letter from me and fax it to them On a seperate piece of paprer wanted to fax my credit card number and exp date so I would square this debt. I told them if you have any paperwork to verify thisd and they told me they were not allowed to send any paperwork regarding this case. Once I sent them the money in 15 days I would get a receipt. They told me if I didnt pay the same day 2 gentlemen would come to my house drag me to court to see the judge and would have to pay more than 5000 dollars. I received a call from a 941 area code first but this phone number doesnt work. I kept on getting calls from a number that did not appear on my phone. I answered and this is where I got the message about oweing them. I got their phone number of 201 234 4071 and told them I would call back tomorrow.

When I called back the next day the phone was disconnected or no longer in service. I called a few hours later and someone answered the phone. I asked for payment arraingements and said they would not accept. They wanted payment in full. When I called back a few hours later the phone again was disconnected and out of service. It was very noisy in the background and there English was not very good. Then I received a call from 000 000 0000 and I know this is bogus. I forgot to mention I called back once after this and told them my name was Brian Pharies and wanted to pay. They asked me to hold on because they needed to locate my phone number in the system but since I called from my own phone they asked me if this is Terry. I said no so they just hung up.

I read the other 2 reports on this issue and thank you for sharing your rip off story. I hope you will not receive any phone calls from them if you do just ignore them.
