Officer Ken, Ivy Foster for Fraud

I had received a call at work from an "Officer Ken" telling my HR dept. That I needed to contact him as I was under investigation for Fraud. I called the number from a phone that is not linked to me & a gentleman with a strong accent answered "May I help you?" He did not even say the name of the company in his greeting at all. I asked to speak with "Officer Ken" & he said, "One moment." When the next person got on the phone he said that he was "Officer Ken" well, it was the same voice that I had just talked to. He wanted my name & then said that he would transfer me to someone that could tell me all the details of what they wanted. He transferred me to "Ivy Foster". She gave me my social security number & asked me to verify it. She said that it was for a loan that I had out & that it was for $660 & that if I paid it today then the case would be solved. I told her that I didn't have that kind of money & she said to just pay half today, I told her that I didn't have half either & that I would make payments of $100 a month until it was paid off starting Jan 1st & she said that was unacceptable. They needed a payment in December. I told her I would call her back. So I called her back today & told her that I had talked to my Lawyer & that he said not to give anything without proper documentation, she said that she could not send me any paperwork, I asked her why & she said that it was listed in my contract that they were not responsible for sending any documentation out. I asked her where then was I supposed to send the money & she said that they do not accept mail in payments that I needed to give her my bank card. I refused & she got irate & said that I would get the documents when she sent it over to the courts & that would be the only way to get any paperwork. She said that I was going to be sued for $7000. Then I told her to just send me paperwork & we would get all this taken care of & she refused & then hung up on me.
