Macaroni Grill
Good Customer Service - Proper phone edicacy

Miscellaneous

To whom it may concern; I called the MG in Providence and received the worse telephone manners ever! I believe the young lady's name is Holly, but she didn't introduce herself as such like normal protocol. I asked to speak to an employee in order to bring a party of 10 to enjoy the new menu and was left on the phone for 16min and 30secs.

Why? Because she didn't understand the employees name due to my dialect. I would have almost thought it was racism but I ruled that out because of all the other wonderful employees whom I've grown to know and cherish. This was rude and unforgivable and should be addressed. A second greeter came back to the line and addressed herself as Lindsay, very personable and polite and afterwards connected me to the manager David which told me and my party to come anyway. We declined feeling as though we weren't wanted as customers or patrons to your providence Macaroni Grill restaurant. Finally our history at your restaurant is almost everyday after 5:00pm appetizers and drinks, following 2 times a week dinner. I never thought this would happen but it did, whoever we will still patron the restaurant because the food is exquisite but not good enough to be on the phone out of spite for 16min and 30secs. I will supply my phone records if needed for verification and again I apologize for the bad review but not Holly's work ethic Rejenaldo Betances
