Requested a 46" Sony Bravia LCD that had free delivery type Sony Design. Sony employed DB Shenker for shipping support and it is said to be for your doorstep. We reside in an aprtment and that I talked towards the customer support contact for that shipping support when organizing the full time plus they assured me it'd be sent to my likely doorstep. Affirmed the provide man arrived and would abandon it about the road. My spouse needed to plead him to assist have it into our building reception. She subsequently needed to pull it towards the lift and likely all-on her own. The man also had the nerve to jeopardize her when he got a ticket while allegedly assisting, we'd result in the solution??? I'll never purchase from Sony Design again as a result of this of course if I had been current I'd have ended the purchase altogether and visited a shop and selected it-up myself!
