Scammed me out of 150.00

The business claims you sign up for a 14 day trial for 1.97 (shipping for cd) and if you dont want to continue, call and cancel. If not, a one time charge of 47.50 will appear. I did call, several times in the first 14 days. I was on hold for 20-30 mins and when someone did pick up, the line was fuzzy. They said "sorry we are having phone problems, call back." and hung up. I sent several emails and called several more times. 47.50 and another 99.00 charge later I finally got through via phone.

Spoke to Adriane. I explained that I had been trying to cancel, and asked for a supervisor. He stated they will not reverse the charges and their supervisiors do not speak to customers (RED FLAG!) I told him that was not legal to not adress a problem. He said "ok, have a good day, bye" and hung up on me. I am filing a dispute with my cc company. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY!
