Wouldnt let me cancel. Scamming$ from me, no magazines sent

Called my cell phone. Said i would be entered in 2 million sweepstakes, also would be receiving a diamond watch. Decided i could not afford subscription (not working) called to cancel and they hung up on me. Called several times to no prevail. No magazines, but was billed $40.00. Called to cancel again.

Called me names and said i couldnt cancel. Sent $40.00 so my credit wouldnt suffer, 23 days later they sent a bill for $48.00. No magazines. I will not pay them, hopefully my credit wont suffer. Big scam, rude people that work there. All of us that got caught up with periodicals need legal advice. Free if posible, taking care of my mom so i'm not working. Please help
