Ripped me off 129.95 and promised refund never got

Last year on may 16 i paid 129.95 for materials they stated i needed to take the postal battery exam which i did take and passes with a 75.8 and still to this day never heard anything also they stated when i paid it was guarteed money back if i either
1. Failed test
2. Had inviewed but did not get hired
3. No job listing in area
or been over a year but nomore than 14 months
well one day i looked in newspaper and read sounded good i am a mother of 2 single and having a rough time thinking i was doing a good thing well the day i took the test not one person paid so it was on my mind i came home and called they told me to wait 6 months before anything well that came they gave me a authorization of refund number which was apk2938 and told me i had to write and fax information to a 678-291-1257 number stating everything i did someone called then told me i have to wait at least a year before i get the money back well its been a year and still nothing

The numbers i had are disconnected and the sites cant get anywhere all i want back is the money i paid the 129.95 as promised it not fair for people to do this so please can someone help me get my money back thats all i want.
