A total scam! Continues to debit your account without permission!

I ordered this product in hopes to find something that will help stop my hair loss. The site seemed pretty generic but it was simple to order from and had lots of different options to choose from but when you clicked on a product it took you to several different windows and became quiet confusing. When I tried ordering the product it seemed as though it had a glich and took forever to get a final order confirmation.

Received the product-HATED IT! I couldn't even brush my hair out a little bit and it started to breakoff. A couple days later a customer service rep called but could barley speak English and I told him I was not happy-he hung up on me. I have had three debits from my account but yet never ordered another product, and called for two weeks straight and could not get anyone to answer the initial product I ordered was only suppose to be 21.95 and now I have paid over 150.00 for it.

I finally got a hold of there shipping building by looking on line for a different number and the gentlemen who answered says he gets several calls of unhappy people but whats new and hung up. After two weeks of calling I got someone on the phone but it did me no good they couldn't hardly speak English so he hung up. Total Scam, this company is a joke and a ripoff.
