Verbal abuse

I went into the store to exchange a tux jacket. I stated to the clerk that I felt like the tux was not clean. The jacket had green glitter on it. I needed to get a bigger size anyway. I ask the girl if the bigger on would be longer in the arms. She called for Nichole to come to the front. She went on to tell Nichole that the jacket was not clean and we need to order a bigger one. When I ask again about the sleeves Nichole said " It's not rocket science you tuck the sleeves". I ask to use her phone to call my husband to see if still wanted the bigger size she stated " don't you have one" I went to my car and called my husband he said "yes get the larger one". I went back inside to tell them to order the larger one. I ask when will it be in (our daughter was getting married on Saturday 5-9-09) Nichole stated "we will call you". I said, do you have my phone number Nichole said "what ever is on the paper we will call you". I walk out the door and went back in to see I could have my hanger that I brought the jacket in on. Nichole through the hanger at me. Walked back to the door and turned said to the other clerk "She is not a very nice person" I went to my car. Nichole came to my car window and ask, " what was the problem I am only trying to make this work". I said to her "you are not a nice person you are very rude. She started screaming telling me to get fxxxxxxx out of here. I followed her back into the business and she continue to yell get the fxxxxxx out, get the fxxxxxx out. I said to her she had no right to talk to me that way I was a paying coustomer. She grab the phone and told me she was going to call 911. She was shaking the phone in my face yelling get the fxxxx out now. The other clerk was telling her to calm down. There was no reason for that. She was yelling I am the owner and I don't have to calm down. This was all over exchanging a tux jacket. The next day she called my daughter (the bride) to apoligize. My daughter told her She was not the one she need to be apoligizing to. I have never heard from her. If the wedding had not been on that saturday we would have taken everthing back. We bought 4 Bridesmaid dresses there and rented 7 tuxes. I wish there was some way to get some of our money back. She does not need to be dealing with the public. She is going to hurt someone or get hurt.
