I put up a period to get a claims adjuster to come quickly to my house and assess the hail harm to my vehicle. The full time was established for sometime between 9 am and 2 pm (wow, i wonder what OUR customers might declare easily planned a gathering for somtime inside a 5 time window!!! WTF?)

I waited around all day long until 2:18 pm and chose to provide Progressive Insurance a phone to determine where the insurer was. The insurer named me back briefly and advised me that I had been not really on her behalf diary for today and questioned me easily could be accessible tomorrow?!?!?!??!??!? Sacred WTF!

I had been called back from the insureris supervisor who became angry with me asking me easily had an issue or anything since I have was only a little snippy and rude about the phone. I subsequently needed to provide this bozo instructions to my home because it could be a lot of difficulty for him to organize for his visit, it had been apparent that in his brain it was OUR problem and had nothing related to Modern's ineptitude. I am pissed, are you able to inform?

Just how can we obtain the service back to customer support? This mellow, cavalier attitude is exactly whatis wrong with this specific nation... And it is just getting worse.
