Deceitful company and individual

Seitz is a pain to work for, they only hire temp employees but keep them temp for years only so they don't have to pay more and don't have to pay insurance. I worked there as a temp, got a job in the warehouse worked for a few months in that everything was going fine, I was getting the orders shipped out. Then new management came in, changed everything, told me to find places to store the materials when we had ZERO storage left. They did hire another person to help me out with shipping out the products but when you have 50 orders that need to get shipped out before 5pm and you and someone else need to pull, package and ship it is a bit hard to do. Should of been a 4 man team just for the pulling and packaging.

Thomas Bainer was the manager at the warehouse at this time / maybe still is? I will say he is a hard worker, and can be pleasant to talk to, but if it comes to you or him, he will most likely blame you for the mistake. Actually now that I think of it, all the upper managment are sketchy and expect you to respect them and treat them like kings, when they have done nothing to deserve it. Even the older human resources women can be a pain.

Seitz has done some good things for its employees but they are cheap, and now that the economy went down a bit I wonder what they are doing.
