Tim Campbell Poor craftmanship uses untrained temp workers ripoff

Ironhaus went from a small business to a huge fraud. It is extremely sad to watch a company grow and not respect their customers or employers. You cannot expect quality workmanship from a company that has lost all of its orginal welders, offers no training for his new people, and gets the majority of his employees from a temp service. All his orginal employees quit because of Mr. Campbells false promises, and unsafe work conditions. I should know I worked for him a year ago and quit.
He makes promises that he never full fills, and even had one employee using his own vehicle on the job. He has no respect for his employees gives raises and then takes them away because he needs to hire more employees. He brought in a shop foreman that knows nothing about the craftmanship of the product. He allows the foreman to scream at employees that have helped him create his business. He hired sales people that cannot even get an order correct, so when a door doesn't fit it was the welders fault and his head laborer. All of the original employees are gone and so is the quality and craftmanship of his product. Employees that stuck by him as he built the business are all gone. They had to take a cut in wages so he could put more temps on. He promised training but no one ever got any. They way he treats his workers, I agree he should take his business to Mexico.
