Wrongfully terminated

I worked for walmart, thru a temp agency, and was terminated by two women who work for the prologistix temp agency in san antonio, texas. Their names are, leslie and sarah.

I was termintated because i was sexually harassed and assaulted by a black female, by the name of nicole. She stepped on my left foot 3 times friday while stepping over them, she stepped on them once, and then took the heal of her foot, and stomped on them two more times, causing bruising, and some very excruciating pain.

I reported this incident, and nothing was done about it. Well monday came around (august 21) we went to work by the registers in the front of the store, and she saw me then came over and pushed me, and this was caught on tape!

I also have a bruise and scratch on my right arm where this woman (nicole) grabbed me! Well 9: oo am this morning my supervisor from the temp agency came in and said that they had to let me go! Much to my surprise, i was shocked!!!

I get assaulted, and harassed by another employee in walmart, and i get terminted because i did what they said to do (whick is walmart policy to do this) and that was to contact your immediate supervisor, and file the complaint.

After i was terminated, i went to the police department and filed a police report, and i am waiting to go in and swear out a warrant for assault, and have her arrested!!!

My question is this: why didn't walmart management first of all, talk to the other employees, because there were several that saw what happened. And she also admitted that she did it to other employees. Second why didn't they go and view the video, where the cameras are hanging over the registers in the front of the store. It was done right under several cameras. Please no smart alecks on this response.

Ex walmart employees please respond, and tell me what if anything can be done about this. Or if you have a name, and a telephone number of someone high up at walmart that i can talk to about this.
