This company should be re-named "OutHouse" Steakhouse

Although the wait was excessive (even after a reservation), the meal wasn't very good*, the service worse, the real annoyance came at the end with the check. Outhouse Steakhouse has the stones to recommend tip amounts. I guess for the mentally challenged, 15%, 18%, and 20% (no lower percentages) is seemingly calculated for you. Unfortunately, they deliberately do this on the amount AFTER the local taxes are added. Therefore, they're suggesting to leave an additional 6 1/2%. When I brought this up to the headquarters, they referred it to the local restaurant. All contacts refuse to even consider this fraud.

*One salad was extremely spicy without notice. When this was mentioned to the server, her response was that "some people like it others don't." "Well, why isn't it mentioned on the description for the dish and avoid those who don't like spicy?" "'Donno."
