Review - Customer service

The meal i had the other day at Outback steakhouse was not at all like the commercial.

The food looked bad and the customer service was not good.

I know commercials are not accurate but this was so different i want to complan to Outback and tell you to make your service and presentation of product much better if you want people to come back regularly.
