Steals money! No reply, no shipment! Scammers! California

I placed an order online and got a "thank you" email telling me my product would ship on Tuesday. I paid big bucks for priority shipping. A week went by, two weeks went by. I started emailing them. Of course no reply, nothing!

I filed a dispute with paypal and said I would close it as soon as I got my order or update, and still nothing. My money is out there and paypal is giving them until the 22nd of May to update. I know first hand how slow paypal is and how they don't like to refund money.

It's not fair they have a rep of scamming people and yet paypal is holding on to my money.

This is crazy! Ripping people off like this. Please avoid them and don't get taken. Had I read here first I would not have fallen for it! My mistake, I hope I can help others not make the bad decision I did.
