Brian from Realty Trade called 5/15/09. Gave me info about selling my timeshare, telling me to go online as we spoke. I refused, since I cannot type & hold the phone both at once.

When he told me to send $995 to get a listing with his company, I hung up. Might as well send the money to Nigeria. He called back, yelling at me, calling me childish & stating "hope you enjoy paying yearly maintenance fees up your a*". I do hope there is an FCC regulation about going after a little old lady by cursing & yelling & trying to intimidate.

All the government statements say if anyone asks you to send them money, hang up... And I did. I have saved this message on my voice mail, in case there is any law that says a company cannot use foul language on the phone to a customer or try to intimidate them.
