DAC allowed companies to use their services for revenge/retalliaion against me because I no longer wanted to stay employed with them for their unfair treatment and unsafe DOT practice

DAC has allowed LCT, Super Service, and RWH to enter untruths about my reason for leaving their employment. They also allow these companies to use them as a means of revenge to stop you from obtain employment for leaving them. After trying to force you to drive equipment that needs DOT repairs (broken fifth wheel) and continuously keeping from keeping doctors apps. With enough notice (for high blood pressure) along with not getting you home after 4-6wks out. They don't make these companies provide proof of their statement issued and allow them to use 1-2 word statements that can be misleading or leave others to assume what they want. Unauthorized location of equipment can mean a lot of things, because they can't say you abandoned their equipment when you didn't the go around about way of implying you did. And, the company you apply to swears that it is etched in stone. Knowing that other companies do this practice. Beware that DAC is there and has to be dealt with some kind of way.
