Located in Morgan City, Louisiana, thats what they claim, maybe it should say it has taken them 40 years to step over the little people and ripoff employees, who worked many years, my friend had an accident because the supervisors are send to do unsafe work without the correct equipment, and trained personal, to do the job safely,

This company has an unsafe record it had a very bad accident back in
6 people lost there lives, I know of a supervisor that had and accident back in 2006 because of the crane operator, who up to this day is still driving a a crane for this company, this same crane operator left Athena when to work for Satoon construction and had a almost accident, when back to Athena and Athena knew about it and hired him back to be a crane aporator.

My friends family is suffering because Athena STOP there worksman comp payment a payment of 175.00 per week, thats an insult to the injury not only are your hurt unable to most probably to make the kind of money you were at one time, we also going to take your 175.00 per week, so now you are not even able to feed your family. And, they will lose there Health insurance because Athena does not want to pay for the employees Health Care, who is still unable to go back to work, because of the Accident suffer while working for Athena doing a job for Gulfport energy, in west cote Blanche Bay.
