Sold new a turn key filler and coder that never worked correctly without training that had missing parts

Accutek packaging has sold me on the new turnkey packaging/filler with specs to work on 4 size bottles they were supplied. This filling machine has never work to spec and was delivered with wrong parts, missing parts, and no cheat sheets (set for turnkey). The first time they were called out I was charged for training and the tech had ordered parts and could not get it to work. My engineers made it usable but still had problems. One year has gone by with at least 5 to 10 calls and emails with complaints made to Accutek. They want to charge thousands of dollars to come out for service and training which we never received. There is a coder that is broken and a local tech found out it was over 10 years old and parts are not available... I tried to return this when it was delivered after having problems with it out of the box. My company has always been honest with any situation when it comes to integrity... I tried to research and also visited them twice before a purchase was made my suggestion is don't walk... Run.
