HI there. I am a first victim who has fallen to the this money theiving scam. I have only just recently turned 18 and am currently on a student allowance meaning i have not much money.

I try to live my week on the little pay funded by the goverment to help with my living costs whilst studying in the city, i am not from here making it a little harder for me to access money.

Only today as i rang my bank up, i noticed that money had frequently been taken out and kept getting more and more suspicious, so i went in to the bank and demanded a bank statement thinking it was them who were taking money out.

They phoned up the head of their bank and traced it back to "CD Earth". I had made an online purchase with them 2 months previous to my money disapearing and it clearly stated that it was a free offer only charging $2.96
shipping and handling fee.

I am enraged by this money stealing scam as it is now leaving me up to $52.00 short from my student allowance, this money usually goes on my transport fee to go in to the city to study, this is just one of the three payments i have to make weekly on my little pay i recieve per week.

Please take in to consideration my formal complaint and get back to me on how to deal with this problem.
