Taking Money from my Bank Account without My Authorisation. London

I took this company up on their offer of a free trial for tooth whitening and paid a shipping fee of $4.99. I received the product shortly after.

I then noticed that on my bank statement, I'd had money taken from my account by this company and another one called VH. The amounts started off quite small, $4.95, $5.95 and then increased to $49 and then $55.

The total amount I'd had taken from my account was 150 (approx $160).

I've reported this to my bank and they have blocked my account. I've now got the inconvenience of waiting for a new card to be issued and mailed out to me and also having to wait whilst the bank's fraud team invetigate the charged and refund the money back to my account.

To all those out there who are thinking of taking up this offer, please be warned about this but also be warned that the product isn't very good either and didnt really make any significant changes to my teeth!

I've also read that some people haven't even received their orders, so perhaps I should class myself as one of the lucky ones!

Don't take this company up on their offer - it's a rip off and they know it.
