I havn't received my coupons

I don't have a computer, so I ordered my 2 coupons on 4-13-09 by phone. I hadn't received them in 4 weeks so I had my son check the status for me on-line. When he checked it it said that the coupons were sent out on 4-17-09 four days after I called. I then called the order # back, and entered my phone # like it prompted me to, and it repeated my address back to me, but it excluded my trailer # that follows my address, so I figured that was the problem. I then got a live representative on the phone to whom I then explaine my situation. She entered it in with the trailer # as I had my son do earlier, and it showed the same status; that the coupons were sent out. She told me she couldn't further help me as she just takes orders, and checks status. She then put me on hold for a few minutes, and told me I needed to write out a compaint e-mail which I am doing now. The deadline is coming up fast, and I'd like to get my coupons before the transition. This is my sons e-mail address, but he will forward any information you send to me.
