Expiration Date

Gentlemen:

I need your help please.

In October I applied and received two converter box coupons. I was trying to be time efficient so I had my converter box before leaving in my RV in January which has the TV I need a converter for.

I never opened the envelope I received the coupons in until today when I took them to Best Buy. On opening the envelope and giving coupons to cashier she rejected them since they expired 11/27/08. (I needed the second coupon for the battery operated TV in house.) I had no idea that coupons had an expiration date, when I ordered them no one told me. Also the envelope I received them in said nothing about "Time Sensitive Material Enclosed".

Therefore, could I please send you the unused expired coupons and have you send me two that have new expiration dates? My number is 28358043.
