Canceled my request for the coupons

To whom it may concern:

I am requesting 2 coupons for the DTV converter box. I had requested them this summer, fall and now in December all the time I have been approved and then turn around they canceled them. I have not received them at all whether or not it was sent remains to be scene. I want to give up my cable and use the digital converter box please reconsider it. I have never ever received them I am only one in this household. I had called so many times and I was approved please send them to me I would appreciate it. Whast is the reason why I have not received them? I am a consumer and everybody is entitled to the coupons. If I am declined again I will contact my congressman.
