Beware of any ad on Craig's list regarding this guy. He will take a hefty deposit of $2000 or more and then leave you hanging. He claims to take alot of pride in his homes, but once he gets you in the house he doesn't care about fixing anything. He will lie to you, and the name isn't even a ligitimate company in the state of Idaho. He first of all forged our initials on the rental agreement and because of my computer crashing and I lost the info, I requested him to send me another copy and he did six months later. At the time we moved in he did not come and do a walk through but said he would come later. He never did. The house was not move in ready as stated in the ad.

I started questioning alot of things he was doing and I got a little worried so I did a lot of research on this man. He left us with a furnance that did not work when it was so cold outside. We contacted him to get a repair man out there and he stated it was our responsibility. He then sent us the bill and we refused to fix it as it was broke before we moved in by the previous tenant. We found out that the furnace had not been maintained in three years and he was trying to soak us for it. We sent him a letter and told him that he had violated the state and city codes and as renters it was his responsibility. He then lost our rent payments twice, and we had to pay to have the stop payment put on them and he never once offered to pay us for that and then he stated he would not charge us any late fees and he violated a written contract stating that. We were told by and attorney that since he violated the codes that we could terminate our lease at any time. So we did. I am now suing him in small claims court for the security deposit that we paid and also, late fees and postage for mailing certified documents.

Please be careful if you answer any ads for this guy. He has property all over the US and trust me he will never take care of you.
