Somehow got my PayPal payment to an antivirus company routed to themselves instead

I ordered several AVG antivirus programs and paid via PayPal, only the payment was derailed and sent to Saphie instead. I don't know where Saphia is based in the USA.

I cannot figure out how it was done. So I am without antivirus for my laptop and out almost $100 bucks! This company does business in the UK as well.

AVG had nothing to do with it other than that the PayPal payment message to me showed me as having "bought" their programs from Saphia!
