GrantsV, EMS, Grants RIPOFF and FRAUD, They charge your CC every week for $39.95 without authorization

Somehow this GRANTs company in Las Vegas, NV got my CC number and has been charging me $19.95,39.95 every week with different names, phone # and when I call their CS 800 numbers they say they will stop but they don't.
I have been calling asking for a refund with no response... Some can't speak enough english to understand what I am asking or they put you on hold and I hang up after 40 minutes of waiting for them to return.

I have sent letters to my bank for help and keep calling but they still won't refund the monies.
