Directv also provided us with poor service, missed appointments for a month and a half. When we finally got fed up and changed providers, they charged us with a cancellation fee (we did not have a contract with then) and took back our no call no show credit of $100.00 plus another $40.00 from our account for no service. I immediately contacted my credit card company to disallow any further withdrawals, contacted the Attorney Generals office and we are currently in the process of filing small claims against them. You do not have to take their abuse. I encourage everyone to file small claims. You can do this thru the county where you live and they will execute serving them thru your Secretary of State's office in the state where you live. Will even help you collect if you win, and you will probably will win.
