I was checking in this usafreephone.com and was trying to talk to someone at their customer service which says "order specialist" but I think I was getting a BOT because after several attempt to talk to someone I kept getting in a chat room with someone it says this

I have signed in several times and keep getting the same message, now we all know if this was a real support center you would not get the same operator each time. Why does it say Adriane then say it is an Anthony? And why does he not answer me and then keeps signing off! This is obviously a ripoff!!! No legitimate company would be so rude.

Or the name on the sign up page for usafreephone.com which says this at top of page ANGLES communication solutions. I am very confused.
