They say you can get free phone service if you are on any government program. But you cannot speak to anyone to find out about it

This company has said you can get free cell phone service if you are on any government program, such as Social Security, Disability, SSI, food stamps, etc. But, you cannot get anybody to talk to and the only thing I saw on their site is free cell phone NOT cell phone service. This is a very deceptive and misleading web site in my opinion.
