I purchased a brand new pair of the engraved aluminum cruiser at the International Motorcyces show in Dallas-Fort Worth in Nov. Texas for 129.00.

As soon as i got home i discovered it has scraches on the frame. I called your customer service number to explain to them and they ask me to ship them back. I shipped them back according to the instructions i was given over the phone.

I did not hear back from them, nor did I receive a new pair or my old pair back. So, I contacted them again a year later.

I got an email back asking me to pay 96.95 to get my glasses repaired.

Here we are more than two years later and I am still out of my money and my pair of glasses.

I explained to them that I am the president of the Dallas Chapter of the Southern cruisers Riders Club and I will be informing all of our riders, not just at the Dallas chapter ones, but internationally about their customer service treatment and how they dishonored their warranties. And that I would make sure they do not cheat another rider of ours out of one dollar.

If it was not for my move I would've taken them to small claim court as I promised them i would but i did not get a chance to do so before i moved.
