Glasses not received as promised. Employees lack of communication

I ordered two pair of glasses on November 30. Delivery date to be 12/15. I called on 12/14 for status of order and was told someone would call me back. No one did. I called again twice on 12/15 told again someone would call me back. An Asst manager called to say she could not find the second pair and that I should call after 11 am on the 16th and talk to Jessica.

I decided to drive to the store and was told by Jessica that one pair came in and she did not know when the other pair would come in but that I could take the one pair. I refused because at this point I no longer trust them to fulfill their part of the service. I also spoke to the Manager who also said that he had no idea when the 2nd pair would come and that it was too late to call the corporate office, but, he would do so on Monday. I will never do business with them again and advise anyone who does not to pay up front. Wait until your glasses come in!!! Once they have your money you are a non issue.
