I went back and forth with Jason who "sold me" their service and Rick who I bought boxes from. They promised me 12 free wardrobe boxes and I was paying by the hour. The people they sent were lost for 2 1/2 hours, while the young men were very nice they were not experienced and not quick. They damaged furniture, walls and did not provide wardrobe boxes so I had to wad my clothes up in the boxes they did have, which had broken rods. This cost me dry cleaning charges. I sent Rick pictures, which he said he received and sent on. Upon contacting the BBB, because Rick kept promising me they were working on a credit to my credit card charge and nothing happened, suddenly Jason said they had tried to contact me to tell me they could not open the pictures. Never did anyone contact me. Rick started ignoring my calls which is why I went to the BBB. Jason really knows how to work the system with regard to the BBB. Needless to say, it cost me $500 to move a king sized bed, a night stand, clothes and a living room (not even an armoire or a dresser, nothing heavy) and boxes. I don't care what kind of coupon you get in the mail promising anything (10 free boxes) stay away from these scumbags.
