Ripped off. Unauthorized charges to our checking account by 10-15-15-8000. We need action taken! Internet

Our checking account is showing a random charge of $14.58. The description states: VISA CHECKCARD DB-POINT OF SALE servall 800-229-3658 MI. My husband and I have absolutely no idea what this charge is or how it was posted to our checking account. We are not happy.

I called the 800 number that was posted under the description on your checking account and that number lead me to: 10 15 15 8000. I called 10 15 15 8000, this number dosen't work. If you listen to the 800 number long enough it tells you: the number you have dialed has a new national directory service, for more information on the number you've dialed is a new national directing assistance service brought by calling ten... Administration fee, the calls will be dialed to Nevada. The charge on your phone bill. Www.callingten.com.

We are calling our bank to ask to take this charge off of our debit account. We are not sure how they will respond. But we know that we did not use our debit card to buy this fishy service.

If there is anyone who knows more about this, please let us know.
