ProForm treadmill needs repair, controls will not respond

I have a Proform treadmill that needs repair. When it's plugged in the lights work, and sometimes I can get it to walk on #3, but you can't change it after that, and sometimes it won't even work on #3. Usually nothing will work, but all of the lights are on.
