They were suppose to give me a free credit report and took 30.95 from my account

I was online trying to get my credit score and the website told me that i will only be charged one dollar to find out. After that dollar was taken it will be refunded. Few days later i looked at my bank statement and i observed nothing being refunded, but was charged an additional $29.95. I tried to contact the company but they would never answer the phone, and now i am left with this charge to pay off. Who knows! I may be continuously charged every month for a service i didnt require. I want this to stop
