I cancelled my membership same day via mail on 6/10 they took out 29.95 and on6/15 refunded a dollar of the membership even though they waited till 7/1 to cancel my membership

On june 10 i wanted to check my credit score i proceded to pay the one dollar fee for a free report, then found out it would cost me 29.95 a year thereafter. I then proceded to write them letter as instructed and mailed that same evening. I recieved my credit card statement fri july 16 and found they still charged me the 29.95 and refunded my card the original 1 dollar fee, and they also waited till july 1 to cancel my account
